  Moldsil, Repsil and Adsil are our own branded products which we have formulated for a range of applications.

• Dow Corning Products

  SILASTIC mould-making materials from Dow Corning are two-part products consisting of a flowable silicone rubber base and matching curing agent (or catalyst). These materials are easy to use, give superb release and surface reproduction, are long-lasting and do not require special dispensing or handling equipment.

• Polytek Polyurethane Elastomers

  We are the U.K. agents for Polytek Development Corporation and supply a large range of Urethane moulding elastomers.

• Latex

  We supply two types of Latex - dipping and brush-on.

• Hot Melts

  We stock 'Vinamould' and 'Gelflex' in different hardnesses

• Alginates

  Good for moulding kiddies hands and feet !!

Release Agents and Sealers

• Macwax

  High-quality spray wax release agent. Ideal for use when making silicone moulds.

• Macsil

  A silicone-based spray release agent, ideal when casting polyurethanes. Not to be used when casting silicone rubbers.

• RL 247

  Brush-on wax release, suitable for most casting applications

• RL 512

  Brush-on silicone-based release for polyurethanes. Not to be used when casting silicone rubbers.

• Polycoat

  Designed to release plaster from polyurethane rubber moulds

• Tallow

  A pure beef dripping, traditionally used for releasing plaster from plaster.

• Notcutt Concrete Release

  Ideal for releasing concrete from polyurethane rubber moulds.

• Petrogel

  A brush-on petroleum jelly-based release, suitable for use with most moulding materials.

• Mirror Glaze

  Meguiar's No.8 maximum mould release wax to give max. number of polyester pulls per application.

• Blue PVA

  A brushable release for sealing and releasing models prior to using GRP
